Grown in Kyushu and harvested in early May, this organic first flush matcha is exceptionally smooth and almost free from bitterness. Expect delicate floral notes, a round umami depth, and a mellow finish that lingers softly on the palate.

How to Prepare
- Sift 3g of matcha into a bowl or cup
- Add 60–70ml of hot water (70°C–80°C)
- Whisk with a chasen whisk until smooth and frothy
